Récapitulatif :
CIDR and DIDR
|
Control Integrated Devices (CID) as defined in MR 56
Must support the "R" in to be integrated in PsX V4
Data
Integrated Device (DID) as defined in MR 56 Could
integrated either with or without the "R" in PsX V4
CIDR
and DIDR are connected to the system in similar way than
the Ethernet RIO Rack.
These
devices arrive from Schneider entities ( e.g. STIE ) or
partner through a specific agreement ( CAPP program)
|
DID
|
Data Integrated Device (DID) as defined in MR 56.
PsX DID are not connected
to the system onto the Ethernet ERIO Ring and the
instantiation in project is purely FDT standard. However
DID in PsX Should offer a good integration in
engineering tool ( particularly it provides the process
data to the frame)
|
CD
|
Connected Device in PsX V4
takes advantage in the network transparency and are none
interfering to the system.
|
CIMR / DIMR
|
Are
in rack modules but using the internal ETH link in the
backplane.
CIMR
and DIMR is typically the profile to use for FieldBus
Masters.
Fieldbus devices, expert
modules function attached to a gateway with "R" profile
( ( either CIMR/DIMR/ DIDR/CIDR) could be closely
treated as a DID ( when providing the process channel to
the "R" gateway

Remote/Distributed
Equipment
Name
of the whole devices following the definition of the “Device
Integration in PsX “
Remote
Equipment ( Internally CIDR, CIMR )
Equipment
synchronized with PLC scan task, , always
EIP,
always integrated in UNITY ( Targeted).
Those equipments: can be:
“Modular Device”:
Made of a rack + one Drop head (CRA®, possibly future STB®)
and
busX or STB bus Modules inside. The head collects the data of
all
modules and exchanges with the scanner
Compact Device
(Kala® with option card).
Module
plugged
on the Eth BKP, local or remote (PIM®)
Distributed
Equipment: (Internally DIDR )
EIP or Modbus TCP, integrated in UNITY
Modular Device : ”
(PRA, current STB)
Compact Device”
(Kala®, PRM, 3rd party).
Module
plugged
on the Eth BKP, local or remote (HART®, PEM®)
Standard
Equipments ( Internally DID )
Are
Distributed Equipments that are not integrated in UNITY
